An ideal holding pen for Andy Ricker’s perpetually overrun Columbia Waterfront phenom Pok Pok Ny, this down-the-block adjunct specializes in the namesake brown liquor, along with what it calls ‘the drinking food of Thailand’, i.e. bar snacks packing plenty of salt and spice; the only problem is that its low-key, wood-paneled digs are almost as quick to fill up as the mother ship (arrive early).
