Great food, large portions, good specials every night, nice lunch specials, definitely the local cali-mex go to destination.

Worst experience in 40 years of dining.
We were told one hour wait which we pretty much expected since it was Saturday night. Two hours later without explanation we were seated. We were quickly disappointed by the barely warm entrées we seemed to be rushed to our table. The only thing hot in chicken in Mole sauce was the sauce itself. My wife’s burrito was so cold she suggested that we just take our meals home so we could heat them up. Sa

I ordered the corn soup which was actually pretty good. For the entree, I ordered the steak enchiladas.
What I was served was a couple of thick, hard, flour tortillas that looked as if they had been grilled in a burrito press and had sauce slopped on them after they were made. They were tough and chewy and thoroughly disgusting.

This place is so bad its almost impossible to describe. Its dirty, the food is poor, its over priced (Surf Taco has much better and lower priced food) and the service is terrible (It took 45 minutes to get a burrito.) It's only positive is it sells liquor.

Been back many times.EVERYthing has been very good. Got a take out, very good fish tacos.Pork mole a must,served as taco,burrito or entre. The salad was great, really. A new menu with more items. The new larger location with a bar was too long in coming. Already in the 3rd location, each larger than the last. Try the beer from Kane, a local brewer. A Winner.
