My family enjoys a good hibachi, especially the kids. I've been to some wonderful ones that I would highly recommend but this isn't one of them. The space is somewhat cramped, and decor is unimaginative, if not boring. Service is not very good. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Its too oily, not enough flavor, and the shrimp didn't taste fresh. The little "volcano" didn't amuse the kids much. The room is drafty & cold and not very clean.
TERRIBLE WORSE AND NASTY.
Was shocked to see the Zagat sticker on the door on the way out.
Two people in my party were served bad seafood (snow crab). No apology, no concern, didn't bother removing the two $30 orders of totally uneaten bad food.
Also had the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen in years.
Stay far away!
Ages ago this may have been worth the visit (being one of the few mid/high-end sushi spots around). Now, time has taken its toll and there are much better places in Greenwich.
AWFULL AWFULL and very AWFULL. Don't wast you hard earned money on this Japinese resturant run by chinese people. The quality is so poor that we could not
eat the food.
My son's favourite restaurant. Can't go wrong with children. The hibachi side can get tiring, but nice to know you can order from the regular Japanese menu. Best of all though...VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!
