"Terrific" views of the Theater District from the 21st floor of the Hilton Times Square are the hook at this "convenient" New American where the food is "fine" – if "hotel-priced"; too bad the "empty-most-of-the-time" space "doesn't have much character", but it's a natural for "fast" pre-show dining.
