Solid but not spectacular. Worth a trip but not for a special occasion.

I have been to many Indian restaurants around the region, country, and even in England and Ireland. Akbar is by far the best Indian restaurant I've ever dined. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, the owners friendly, and the atmosphere is romantic and unique. My wife and I travel all the way from Annapolis just to have dinner at Akbar. I would recommend it to anyone.
