Alfredo's is not your typical spaghetti and meatballs type Italian restaurant. The food is excellent, and the service is just as good if not better. I like to order a bowl of mussels followed with some veal parmigiana or marsala, or sometimes the padrino if I'm in the mood for a variety of veal. I have pleasant experiences here, although seating is difficult to come by on the weekends, like any Atlanta restaurant with quality food.

My most favorite restaurant in the world! If I had to choose a "last meal" it would be from Alfredo's and that would have to be the Mussel Zuppa (red sauce) and Veal Francese. The garlic bread is like no other! It's busy and the waiters rush around but it's like sitting down to your Italian mama's home cooked food. The best ever!!! It has NEVER disappointed.

Definitely stepping into the Old Country! Truly a gem! When my little girl lost her hair due to chemo, Alfredo's was the first restaurant we took her to as a little bald girl! We had never been there, and our server, Tony, also had a bald head. It was instant love at first sight! The food is fabulous, the vibe warm and loving. An incredible place. My daughter is fine and now has a full head of hair, and it is still one of her favorites!

I walked into Alfredos for the first time this evening, 02/29/12 at about 8 PM. A group of four already waiting for 10 minutes. There was an empty table for four within 10 feet of them. But, no one was even considering seating them. My party of two moved up to the registration book for about 10 minutes and no one came to take our name. We left in disgust knowing if the front of this restaurant was pathetic the food would be similar.

Alfredo's is a wonderful haunt known of by old-time Atlantans. The best Italian cuisine in Atlanta! You are greeted warmly by Perry and then you settle in for a fare that will make you think you are in 'the old country!'
