Very disappointing Four Seasons experience. Poorly staffed and understaffed. We still had no food an hour after our reservation time. The staff delivering the food mumbled incomprehensibly about the courses he delivered one of which we think was the wrong dish. Food was generally under-seasoned. The fois gras was inedible. We actually cancelled the remainder of our meal EVENTHOUGH it was free due to our American Express credit.

Enter the Four Seasons hotel lobby. Take the elevator to the lobby level. Go past the front desks and you are there.
First, the room is comfortable and attractive. Comfy chairs. Nice lounge area, then restaurant area in back--looking over Michigan Ave.

The food? Four of us shared way too much food.
