Love this place. All of their food is fresh and really good, plus it's a friendly neighborhood type place. A great place to pick up some prepared food or fresh-baked bread.
Probably the most expensive sandwich you can get in Atlanta, also probably worth it. Sandwiches are upscale like everything else at Alon's and come on fresh-baked bread. The rosemary lamb with onion jam offends on a fiscal level, but provides an amazing midday meal. It's fun to grab an organic soda or imported candy bar and enjoy lunch on the basic patio, but beware of bugs and wealthy housewives.
Great.
One of the best breakfast spots.
I love this bakery/deli, and I visit often, sometimes several times per week. I never mind paying more for quality food, but at times I just feel like I am being taken advantage of after I pay my bill. The prices here are CRAZY!! I keep going back for certain items that I adore, but I do feel a bit silly. I don't take friends to Alon's because I feel like they will think I am being snotty!
