Many years ago I stayed overnight and I felt like I was on the show Little House on the Prarie! If you are looking for a rustic-like place that is peaceful to stay then this would be it. Now keep in mind it was about 15 years ago so they may have updated it a bit since that time. In addition to being a place to stay most locals visit here to enjoy fine dining. This a great place to celebrate Valentine's Day, anniversaries, or special birthdays.

We have dined here for years. The food is decently prepared, the wines OK and the service acceptable. We are not talking Manhattan here, folks. They do a reasonable job for being in the middle of nowhere.

Overpriced and snooty. They're the only game of this type in town, and they milk that. Boo.

A beautiful old inn for a good meal close to UCONN. Excellent personal service. The food is dependable, plentiful, and generally quite tasty American standbys.
