While I can say the staff was attentive, the food was nothing to write home about. While it was more than Taco Bell, it was far less than you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant - from the bland salsa and chips all the way through mediocore main courses that are not worth a second trip

I brought a Texan friend here, and even he was impressed. Good home-cooking type food, well-prepared, attractively served, and reasonably priced. Portions are neither too small nor too large and tasty. The menu is a good sampling of authentic Mexican fare, from the commonplace to the more adventurous, but not so large that it's unwieldy or hard to choose from. The waitstaff is patient and helpful. There's a reason Amigos has been around so long!

The food was horrible with taste of paying that much for that crappy cooking. It is not a place to get rip off. A gulp of soda $2. The waiters will get you the opposite of what you ask. The owner is less experience than the waiter.Please dont go there. We walk in there by mistake hoping that we can have something decent.

Best mexican within a 3 mile radius. Vibrant yellow and red interior. Lunch special is really good, I got the pollo verde spicy which came with a choice of soup or salad and I opted for a tortilla soup. They also give you tortillas and salsa while you wait for your food. Service was great, food was excellent.
