Great food and experience. The atmosphere was open and lofty. Others have said, there is some noise but it wasn't too loud to take away from the experience. The service was great, quickly received first plates and then they gave us a chance to catch out breath before entrees. Bruschetta with homemade ricotta=amazing; cacio y pepe was perfect. If you like meatballs, go with the swordfish over traditional. Plates weren't big but not tiny either
As noted by others: LOUD! Good food helps make up for it, but don't take Grandma.

Simply wonderful. Even one month into its life, the restaurant sings with excitement and purpose. Everything we had was outstanding thanks to Chef Spence. Coppa salumi, bucatini with pork jowl and chili flakes was awesome. Cottolette la milanese was perfectly cooked. Will return many times. A bit loud and a limited but reasonable wine list rounds out Amis.
