Amazing French cuisine. Make sure you try the egg as a starter.
At 7:30 on a rainy weekday evening, the two valet waiting spaces were filled and the single valet made me circle the block three times. I gave up and parked in an open lot ~10 min walk away.
The ambiance was pleasant and the wine excellent. They were already out of escargot. The mussels appetizer was excellent, sole meuniere very bland, and tart tatin too sweet.
I really like this place. It's quaint. The service was outstanding. Food was excellent.
A beautiful bistro with excellent food - the only downside was that we had to wait 20 minutes for our reserved table. The deserts were a little weak compared to the rest of the menu.
The food was good, but not outrageous. I had the scallops, and my fiance had the short rib....would select the short rib over the scallops if I were to do it over again. For something sweet, try the crispy chocolate bread pudding. A very nice buzz from other diners made the ambiance very nice, but the service was less than stellar. It was pushy at every interaction, blatantly telling us that we should have been ordering more at every step.
