This restaurant is closed and a new steakhouse CHAR is opening in it' stead. Closed in approximately 2009.

I go here on a weekly basis and I love it here. Yes I am a smoker and that does factor into this however the food is delicious also. Their butternut squash soup is perfection. The arugula gorgonzola salad with chilled grapes is amazing and it even comes with a dainty grilled cheese sandwich sans crusts. Cuban sandwich is pretty good, if only they would use REAL cuban bread. Raw bar is exceptional for a place in new jersey. Creme Brulee is the best i've had in new jersey. The sugar is crunchy and hott while the bottom of the creme brulee is smooth and warm. food & a davidoff zino

Cigar Friendly! But steaks could be better. Blister packed wet aged steaks do not cut it at $0-$50 per steak. But it's the cigar bar and trendy singles that pack the place and drive the prices up. Fresh raw bar, however, is wonderful. Best service is also at the bar, with table servers being a tad inexperienced. Best place for sitting with your elbows on the bar, an iced plate of lobster, oysters and clams with a chilled white or even a beer.

Great Raw bar, a little bit pricey, but very fresh. Great place for a drink. Good cigar selection and one of the few places left where you can enjoy one.
