Menu is a price fixe and for the cost, the food is mediocre at best. The talk about the wine angels is all hype because the "angels" are scruffy women dress from head to toe in black harnessed up and down the huge wine rack. Really weird bathroom too -- strange to have 1 toilet stall but a trough sink with 3 spouts which overspray water onto your clothes if you don't stand back.

8 dishes, all great, 3 to die for. Wine list rocks, but more Vegas pricing. Wine tower was intriguing. The climbs are fast so don't blink. Service was impeccable and the room was nice for a large room. I'm a pork chop fan, double cut of course. These are not easy to cook and I always take a chance when ordering. Ever had a two inch juicy bone in prok chop without pink at the bone! Heaven! I would go back.

Disappointed. No angels here when it comes to service, very spotty. We actually had to head to bar to get our second drinks. Not a good showing for a restaurant with so many stars. Food was “ok” to good, but not the delight and dazzle as was expected from such a great one. What happened to the truffles in my onion soup? I think the wine angel stole them.

Aureole provides an acceptable experience, but why have acceptable when you can have so much better in Vegas. While the service is exceptional at times, the food and decor are all, well..., acceptable. Try Michael Mina, Picasso, Le Cirque, Cut, Joel's...etc
