This place is very good. Down to earth with a good feel of how a real family owned business should feel. The restaurant has very good food and wine. Nice small outdoor patio. The only problem is no parking.
Not so impressed by the food. I'm 100% Italian so I know good, authentic Italian food. Pricey for this caliber restaurant. Menu is not creative at all. No ambiance...one big room with terrible acoustics. They crammed the tables in. You can't hear yourself talk, but you're sure to hear your neighbor! Service is inconsistent. I give it a try about once a year, but unfortunately the experience does not get better.
Having eaten here a few times recently, I now feel it deserves more plaudits that my previously luke warm review. Peter has taken personal control of the place and the difference shows. Recent meals have been consistent with classic simple dishes executed nicely. Keep up the good work.
Very good food. Better than a pizza parlor. Can get typical pizzas to gourmet entrees
great food and service. booze is way overpriced.
