The ambiance in the dining area was bizzare, tucked away, no music, no customers. Ordered a bottle of wine, told us that they were re-doing their wine list and flipped to the only page available; bottles from $350-$1,500! To go along with my rice-a-roni, raw plantains and tough, fishy shrimp?!?!? HA! The wait to get our entrees was 1 hr 10 min, the restroom toilets didn't flush and there was a hole in the wall the size of a basketball. Lovely.
