I normally don't complain, but this was at 2:10, after lunch rush. My bf and I were seated, but didn't get menus. We never had a server, or were given anything. The servers were at the back socializing, and a larger table that was seated after us got service. We were ignored. Finally after 15 minutes, we got up to leave, and the hostess said, "we'll be right with you", but we told her we were in a hurry and left. Idk how the food was cuz we left.

Chicken-fried awesomeness. Friendly people serving great country food. Can't go wrong with chicken fried steak or chicken. Very kid friendly too.

Go to babe's for the chicken - don't get distracted. The Fried chicken is world class, chicken fried steak is great. Why bother with the other things. The BYO policy makes us happy and dinner affordable. The happy-happy staff and the ketchy-interior entertain the kids.
