Thanksgiving dinner was a disaster. BCH could not handle the amount of reservations they took. Slow service, short staffed, courses served with whatever the kitchen had not run out of. Rolls took a hour to get to the table, dinner took forever, ice cream served melted, dirty coffee cups and non-existent silverware. Complained to a 20 something manager who weakly apologized but did nothing else. It was a terrible experience and would never go back

I hosted my husband's 50th Surprise Birthday Party, and Babylon Carriage House was perfect! The food was fabulous, ambiance amazing, and the service was super! Doreen was friendly and professional helping me plan our party. Each and every one of our guests were treated wonderfully. I will highly recommend spending a special night at the Babylon Carriage House!

On Dec 22 I took my wife for our anniversary and food and service by Brooke was excellant. On Dec 28 my wife took an overseas friend and had poor to fair service by Ben.He seemed miffed when my wife returned cold food twice.Also the food was below what it usally is.He also seemed annoyed that my wife wanted warm milk for her coffee ,which he forgot and was asked a second time.All in all my wife was very dissappointed and embarassed .

I am amazed at some of the reviews I have read on here. I travel over 150 days per year on business, and typically eat at restaurants such as Capital Grill, Hyde Park Grill, Palm, Ruth's Chris, Bern's, etc., so I was very nicely surprised when friend's suggested the Carriage House.
Needless to say, it was a fantastic experience, all around. The filet was very good, nice size for the price, the sea bass was very good as well.

A very disappointing experience when we ate at the Carriage House. After a long wait the server appeared distracted. Salads were just ok. The biggest disappointment was the lobster roll sandwhich. The first one that came out had not one piece of lobster. The was pointed out to the server who apologized. The second sandwhich brought had so little lobster on it. It was mostly celery and other ingredients.
