Wonderful place for brunch but not much else. Service is inconsistent and at times it can take more than 20 minutes to get your drink.

Very good brunch and breakfast. Little pricey but great location in the heart of brickell. Great place to enjoy brunch outside while you sip on a mimosa

I think Balans' brunch is totally overrated. Not only do they have terrible service, but also the waiters are really sloppy and throw everything around.

Balans has a good thing going - a well conceived fairly straighforward menu and solid food. Nothing outstanding but the food is good and the location suffices. When the weather is good eat outside.
