BANH CUON HOA NO 2

I went there to have a lunch with my friend. We order 2 bowls of "canh bun", while I was eating a part of the bowl, I found a cockroach in there. My friend called the owner and told her about that, she just said only a single word "sorry" and asked if I wanted to changed another dish. Obviously I couldn't ever eat anything else. And she disappeared. We told the waitress we didn't have to pay for that but the owner said we had to pay for 1 bowl..
