The food was good but the service and the cleaniness of the West Gray location was very poor. I had to catch the attention of one of the wait staff to show them a roach crawling on the wall adjacent to our table. She killed it and nonchalantly stated they had just exterminated the night before. There was no apology or offer to move. Also, there was no offer to refill water or coffee until after the table was cleared and we were about to leave
