Year after year, it remains one of the best restaurants on Long Island. It is hard to find, but worth the trip!

The tomato and pepper soup of the day and the Striped Bass special were good, but not anything special. The Barney's Gelato dessert didn't taste like Gelato at all. It Tasted like it had spent too much time in the freezer.

Barney's maintains it's consistency througtout the years. Food is done New American with a slight French touch. Is a very cold place in the winter so dress warmly.
