Dined here a couple of weeks ago and were impressed by the beautiful bar, comfortable ambience & our enthusiastic, knowledgable server. Everything was going just fine until the food arrived. Apps included extremely tough shrimp & beef carpaccio so overwhelmed by capers that they were all I could taste. Dinner saw the toughest braised short rib ever with nearly raw carrots & an undercooked lobster gnocchi. Great bar, poor food. Avoid.
we dinned at the beach last evening and found the experience to be positively memorable. the service was reliably attentive, friendly and quite well polished from start through finish. our server was knowledgeable and expert with recommendations and general knowledge. victuals were expertly prepared with special commendation to the sous chef. this writer consumed three courses and all three were literally clean-platted. pricey but good value.
Terrible Service. Way overpriced. Stay away from the Beach house--there are way better alternatives. The fodd was not that good at all.
Went with friends who had coupon which totally confused our waitress, who lost her cool and HER TIP! The owner tried to fix the problem but by then the experience had been tainted. The food was good but for the price, there are better and friendly alternatives in this area. My group eats out all over the county and the Beach House would not merit a return trip.
