It's a pub, of course, but a good example of one. There are lots of table and a good vibe. We had meat which was cooked well. There is a lot on the menu and it's open late.

Friday evening, April 9, beautiful New England weather. Ordered and ate food in back near pool tables. Upon attempting to get attention of waitress by making eye contact, waitress summarily reported me as being rude/out of line to manager, who then threw me out for making eye contact with waitress. Manager said there was no problem with me or my behavior, other than waitress half my age had a hissy fit upon being bothered with eye contact and serving the public, which I wrongly assumed was her job. Welcome to Boston.
