Went for jazz brunch - hipster place. Loved the waiters uniforms and the brunch was good.
At our brunch, the French toast had the positive quality of being nicely moist w/ real maple syrup + chantilly cream, but the negative of oiliness resulting from excessive frying to make the corn flake crust crusty. The eggs shakshuka was pretty good with tomatoes, poached eggs and polenta, but the sausage was oddly flavored. The fried beignets were very good inside but overfried outside. The coffee was excellent. The service was very friendly.
The decor is what draws you in. The atmosphere and the vibe to this place is unreal. I can see it as a great place to have a date night or a place to have a group of friends meet to have a night out. Food was decent, a little overpriced for the taste, but maybe it was my meal. Presentation of the food was great. Friendly servers who are there to have just as much of a good experience as you are.
Food was insanely good!! Great bar scene after 9pm as well.
The executive chef ruins the entire experience for this restaurant. Never have I encountered such a prideful, out-of-touch woman. Given her disgusting personality and attitude towards others, I would never support a business with someone like that at the helm.
