The draw for this place is the decor, all white porcelin with big goldfish tanks out front. It's a dreamlike atmosphere except that it echos inside and is very loud. Watch as they make their own noodles.

Average. Everything screams average here, the price, food and service. Ok, I lie. The decor and the price list doesn't really scream average. It suggests better than average, but you don't always get what you pay for in Vegas.
