This is the coziest restaurant on Hanover street. This place is sooo afforadable, and the food is delicious. Most plates are about $10 and the service is warm, attentive and on the spot. This was the first restaurant I visited while on vacation in Boston, and it was wonderful. It felt authentic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend it for a romantic meal or a family meal...Loved it!
Hands down the best value you will get on an afternoon lunch in the North End if you are out and about on a Saturday or Sunday. The food is delicious and very affordable. Entres during lunch are sometimes only around $7-$8 and taste great. Minestrone is very simple but tasty. Off the regular menu try the half grilled lobster...so good! Bella Vista is a little jewel in the middle of the most prominent street in the North End. After go to Cafe Vittoria for cappuccino and gelato.
