Biga on the Banks is one of the few good restaurants in San Antonio. However, I don't think that I would give it a 26. It's good for a small city. But if you compare it with larger city restaurants that have a 26, Biga doesn't quite make it up there. I would give it a 24, max 25.

Excellent food, though a bit pricey. Venison and quail excellently prepared, but small portions with hefty price. Pork tenderloin very tasty with superb sides. Sticky toffee makes a killer dessert. Service attentive, if a bit brisk. Good wine list, but I was brought out a wine that was a different vintage from the one I ordered with no apology offered.
