Very disappointed after hearing good things about this place. I'd much rather have a hamburger at Wendy's. (They don't server french fries either)

Food is awful but it is part of Chicago lore. Come for the staff saying, "Cheeburger" but have a beer and pass on the food.

It's all about the experience. The burgers are good not great, the customers and staff is what makes the place. Don't slip on the grease

Still one of the best places for a burger and a beer. While it's never been the same since the Sun-Times closed, it still provides an entertaining and even iconic lunch or after-work snack.
