Lovely spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The regular menu items are pretty simple fare, but done right with the freshest ingredients possible. Specials and brunch items are a bit more inventive. Sandwiches and soups are excellent, but the daily specials have provided my favorite items. Beautiful patio when the weather permits.

Birchwood Kitchen is a Wicker Park gem! The staff is so friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. While everything on the menu is great, the weeknight burgers are the best! The best turkey burger I've ever eaten, hands down. The place has a great casual feel and when the weather is decent, their back patio is really nice.

Yum. One of the best brunches in the city - with a casual vibe. I'd try a new sandwich here any day.

Sit outside if you can - a very pleasant patio. Food is great but patio is better.
