Food is terribly inconsistent. Had the lobster roll when opened and it was fresh and flavorful. Repeat the experience, had to send it back, old and no flavor. Food is not of high quality and you can do better for the price in Ridgefield. Average at best.

The food is inconsistent. I've had some things and really like them and others and not like them at all. The decor is nice. I had the same waitress give good service and bad service in the same visit, so that's inconsistent too.

My wife and I have been multiple times and each time disappoints. We will not be back. The pulled pork sandwich would have better been described as a soup as it was swimming in BBQ sauce. The Main Street location is great, but overall it fails to deliver. A bit pricey too for the quality and lack of taste.

We went to Bissell recently for lunch. We waited over an hour to be served and the restaurant was empty! The food was terrible. The green chili and chicken quesedilla had no green chilies. The crab cake was mediocre. The kids didn't even like the buttered pasta, which had no butter on it that we could discern. When asked why the order took so long, the waiter indicated that it was because someone in our party ordered a well done burger!
