Probably the best French Restaurant in Fairfield County. I love the warm welcome, the amazing bread rolls and staff. The braised short rib of beef is amazing and perfect for this time of year. The new outdoor dining on Forest Street transports me back to France.
It may be musty and a little dusty, but classic french fare endures because it tastes so good. The smell of vaporized butter rolls out of the semi-open kitchen in waves, adding heft to every dish that comes out on the hands of the faux gallic tuxedo-clad waitstaff. Its the whole 1970s french dining experience, i just wish they would dust a bit more frequently.
With a combination of 'Exquisite 'Sophisticated and classic French cuisine , excellent wine list and service, make it one of the top restaurants Connecticut."Don't miss it"
It's worth every penny every time we go there. We love this place.
