I travel with a small service dog. On May 14 I was refused service at this restaurant by the manager, "Nicki". My dog iswell-behaved and was wearing his official Service Dog vest. I also provided "Nicki" with a copy of the Americans with Disabilities Act ADA Business Brief, which explains the law regarding service animals. "Nicki" said that it was "just a piece of paper" and that US Federal Laws don't apply in New York City. He insisted we leave. What could I do?

I felt like this restaurant has had it's day and no longer cares. The steak was served to the temperature ordered, the fries on my son's burger was cold. Nothing here made me want to go back even to give it a second chance.

I have been a loyal customer for years.Recently though I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant.While eating and drinking at the bar where I always like to sit my food came out overcooked and not seasoned properly.The bartender gave me a serious attitude and basically ignored me while he was busy entertaining and buying drinks for his girlfriend.I noticed he had a brief conversation with the owner Nick who did absolutely nothing.NO MAS !

The food is well prepared and delicious. The ambiance is french bistro and the service is great. Good value for the money.
