Ignore the shills on here and stay away from this dump!This place is, no joke, the worst place I have been in my year and a half living in Chicago. Anyone who has positive things to say about this place has clearly never actually been there. The food was terrible- my girlfriend got a $25 steak that was CHARCOAL after she ordered it "medium rare". I got a $20 sandwich that was tiny, not nearly enough to fill me up.

Absolutely loved this little place. The food was great . Pork chops were a favorite.Very comfortable .

The Black Duck offers a broad selection of seafood, meats and lighter meals, served in an upscale pub atmosphere. We ordered the walley pike, which was pecan encrusted and tasty, and the salmon which was grilled and simply prepared. The side dishes are large but rather tasteless. Service was terrible, waiting 30 minutes for our order and with no offers to refill our drinks or water glasses.
