Blue Fish is great! Fresh fish, fast service and very creative rolls. We sat at the sushi bar, which has a great view of the sushi chefs and all of the ingredients. We ordered a Lava Roll (incredible), then later a Dragon Roll and Rainforest Roll. When I ordered the last one, the sushi chef heard me and handed us the one he had just finished for another table. Great service! Decor left a little to be desired, but overall great!

The sushi chef's are artists creating some of the most beautiful rolls I have seen. Fish is fresh. Place is popular so be patient.
