I was underwhelmed overall by the flavors of the pork tenderloin dish, though the cauliflower puree and balsamic glaze (which I thought there was not enough of) were delicious. I also found the plating awkward and not conducive to a smooth eating experience. My friend's NY Strip, however, was flavorful and cooked perfectly.

One of my favorites! I'm continually impressed with the high quality, incredibly tasty food and great customer service I get at Blue Hill.
