Their southwest New Mexico style Mexican food is vastly better than the typical Tex-Mex fare available in most places around Dallas.

"The Happy hour and brunch at Blue Mesa are a must. HH has good cheap drinks that do their job, and free chips and salsa and quielsadias. The brunch is a full buffet that is going to full you up all day. Expect it to be your only meal for the day."
