Amazing. I had the muffaletta with mortadella, provolone, and other great ingredients. The meat was so tender and I could taste the boldness of the pistachios. My husband had the italian sausage. The sausage was not chewy. The sausage was so lean, it didn't even taste like sausage. Lastly, what I love about the place is they use a wonderful thin bread so not to overwhelm the flavor of the meat.
