This might be the prettiest restaurant ever, filled with even better looking people, and outstanding service. Steak quite good but overpriced for what it was, better cuts at Craftsteak and Gallagher's. That being said, will absolutely return, maybe go with something different.

We have stayed at Encore many times but never tried Botero. Botero was not on our "list" of must tries in Vegas. We were blown away by Botero. The menu was terrific, food amazing and service top notch. I found Botero to match if not exceed many of the top rated steak houses of Vegas. Would eat here again in a heart beat. Short rib ravioli were incredible and the potato crusted Salmon was terrific.

Big disappoinment. Sommalier unhappy we ordered wine under $100. They were not full, yet too noisy for 4 of us to talk. Appetizer ordered never arrived. Salad had little taste. Steak ordered medium arrived rare and steak ordered medium rare arrived medium well. Waited 30 minutes for waiter to bring check and then 15 more to get credit card slips. Some tables were offered a special drink from a cart, but not us. Would not return.
