Beautiful bistro that doesn't seem like typical Las Vegas. Terrific food and a great sommelier.
Food is good but disappointed by the Scottish salmon, $36.60 which was a tad overdone and heavily salted ruins the fish. It came with yummy whipped potatoes and vegts. Other things we tried:
1. Rodney Strong Cabernet, 1 glass $17
2. Beet salad, $15.50, excellent
3. Onion Soup, $9.75. Very tasty
4. Lamb $33.95
5. Shared a Mille-Feuille, $9.50, very good and coffee, $3.95.
Great service staff. Folks next to us were too loud and too close.
Breakfast quite possibly the best in Las Vegas. You can get a sandwich at breakfast, on the two occasions I went on my last trip I had the croque madam and the Bouchon Burger, both served with more fries than anybody should eat in a week. The Burger, quite possibly the best I ever had, the croque madam by far the best you can get in Las Vegas.
Really excited to eat here.Maybe my expectations got the best of me,but I was not impressed. The service was good not excellent, but the food was a disappointment.I ordered a couple different things as I wanted to try as much as possible.Foie terrine is always a staple of mine where ever I can get it and it was more like a mousse than a terrine with zero wow factor.Frisée lardon salad was good and the duck confit was definitely the highlight.
Disappointing dinner on 11/2/12 after lovely previous visits. After waiting 45 minutes we were served lukewarm food.It seemed as though they forgot our order&then brought it out after it had been sitting a LONG time.Next waiter siting was when the bill came&by then we just wanted to pay&leave. Also having issues at the Bakery-wonderful pastries but 2 mornings in a row drinks given to the wrong people-just put names on the cups-problem solved!
