The 9-page menu includes 3 pages devoted solely to breakfast (served all day, of course). Just about every dish that you ate and loved as a kid or subsisted on as a college student is here, in generous, tasty portions made to your order. Want to substitute an ingredient or two? No problem. The orientationally diverse wait staff goes out of its way to accommodate you. Brians' is the real deal.
