Frankly, when we're in Boston three or four times/year, this is our default restaurant. I'm not proud to say that we get kind of lazy and it's simply easy to have Lunch or tea or supper there. And it's comfortable and the food is good and the service is good and there's never a hassle. We make an effort to leave the hotel for dinner but for other times, it's the Bristol Lounge.....hands down.

Wow. This place is a knock-out. Amazing fare - the best butternut squash pasta I've ever had. The menu (New American) is sprinkled with hints of Southern American cuisine, like the sumptuous Gin Fizz I ordered. Make sure to try the mini donut dessert: the best donuts you've ever had, served hot with bourbon ice cream and warm pecans. Did I mention that the restaurant is also gorgeous and has top-notch service?

Great for a hung over lunch on a Sunday. Make sure u get there before 2pm in order to enjoy the bruch.
