The burgers were outstanding. The fries could use some help. Great service and outstanding decor (for what it is). Just a kookie NYC experience with really nice service. It must be listed in every Asian tour-book! One of the most perfect meals I've ever had. Was a great experience before Lincoln Centre!!

This is an over-hyped burger joint, serving average burgers. After waiting about an hour on line, I placed an order for a cheeseburger, fries and a tiny soda, which came out to about $15. The food was served fast, but there was nowhere in the restaurant to eat it due to it being too crowded. The burger and fries were decent, but not worth the hassle involved with getting them. Also just a warning, they do not accept credit cards!

I am a burger fan & like good burgers. This place is not bad. It clearly does not live up to its billings.
For instance, there are four places in Orlando, FL that clearly are better than this burger, but admittedly, not in NYC and not in a Fancy Hotel (except one).

Johnny's Filling Station
Golf shop at Waldorf Astoria (Disney area)
