Sea bass should be flakey, distinctly mild, but flavorful. But, my sea bass was half an inch thick, served with canned (or frozen) artichokes hidden under the fish. No garnish, no color The entire meal, including the sauce, was completely tasteless. ‘Blah’ says it all. I put their olive composite on my dinner for flavor. Oh, I forgot to mention the lack of texture...... mushy, mushy, mushy.
My table mates' dinners were also unimpressive
LOVE the food here. My family is Northern Italian, which is what the cuisine here is and it is very authentic and delicious. We eat here often and it never disappoints. We also had my dad's 65th birthday party here and we couldn't have asked for a better setting, food, and service
Perhaps the best outdoor dining in LA since Orso closed. Excellent quality and selection of both food an wine - might be the best Italian wine selection in LA.
The food was fantastic - you really can tell that everything is house-made with the freshest ingredients. The Mezzelune (aka pumpkin ravioli) is arguably the best pasta I've ever had and the Tortino di Cioccolato (flourless chocolate torte) is a chocoholic's dream. The wait staff were attentive, friendly, and extremely professional. I can't wait to come back!
I love this place because of the way parties can hide if having an affair. And the food isn't bad either!!
