Cafe 47 looks the part: intimate, nice lighting and furniture..but the service is slow and inept, the food unimaginative and does reflect the menu descriptions. The worst feeling to have when paying a bill is, "I could have made this better at home" and that is the sentiment I have felt numerous times when lured in against my better judgment. The only redeeming item: the margarita pizza. Buona!

I really really want to like this place, but it just doesn't deliver. The food is fine, but I want better than fine in a neighborhood place. The serivce is fine too. Again, I want better. I do like the decor, it's inviting and cozy. They need to work on the music also. All in all, it could be so much better than it is.
