"Please don't ever change" beg fans of this "inexpensive" Theater District "throwback" coffee shop (aka the "Polish Tea Room") where a "who's who" of Broadway enjoys "traditional Jewish deli" fare before or after a show; "quick" if sometimes "cranky" servers and proudly "dumpy" digs are "part of the charm"; P.S.
