Favotite new restaurant. I had a fabulous lunch yesterday and can't wait to return. Maybe today. I had a peanut crusted chicken dish with veggies and a delicious kind of sweet/sour sauce. Really loved it. See you again soon.
GREAT SERVICE TOO!
This was my favorite restaurant in New Orleans, but something happened during the summer of 2011. The food is tired, the chef appears to be mailing in the meals. My wife and I dined at Cafe Minh on a Monday night, after having been away for two months, were disappointed, went back the next day for lunch, and found the food even less satisfying. After years of making this our go-to restaurant, it's coming off our list.
Amazing Asian food ... some of the most creative in the entire area. What the restaurant lacks in decor they more than make up for in the food.
Stunning surroundings, but mediocre Vietnamese-fusion food.
Some people seem to be excited about this place, for reasons I cannot see. Expensive for what it is, not creative enough to distinguish it from the $10 meal suburban foils, and not expertly enough prepared to stand out in any field.
