Extremely noisy! We have walked out twice, once at lunch and once at dinner, and won't return because of the racket, which precludes normal conversation. No carpeting, no wall covering, nothing but hard surfaces to reflect the sound. The food is pretty good, but the noise makes the dining experience intolerable.

Very good to great food. The pan-seared scallops were perhaps the best I've ever tasted. the decor is stark but attractive. Service was adequate, could be improved. Only downside was the dirty WC. Glad I didn't go in until dinner was over. Will make me think twice before returning.

In town for a conference and checked out the Menil collection. Chose Canopy due to good reviews. The restaurant is in a strip mall, but once inside it felt very "on trend"; think minimalist. Seated next to bar; service was good.
Drinks: hibiscus margarita: yum!, Paloma : sent back
Entree: scallops with asparagus, balsamic gastrique, butternut squash risotto: skimpy w/ scallops (perfect sear) and risotto was bit unctuous, but I ate it ALL.Published April 16, 2012 -
Love this place for lunch or early dinner. Rarely crowded the food is outstanding. Great wine and drink list to go along with it. The mac n cheese is quite yummy. Vegans can find great food to eat too.
