The Capital Grille Rocked last night..and so did our waiter Adam...The food was amazing and the service was incredible. We had a private room and the place was crowded on a Tuesday night. Every dish was explained in detail and every suggestion was perfect. What a difference from BLT Steak where they made ya feel that you were lucky to be there...This place was different..very welcoming...Had the sweetest lobster for my birthday!

This place does what it sets out to do VERY well. Meats in many shapes and sizes are all cooked to perfection. The menu is not pretentious nor voluminous. Just right. There are non meat dishes for those who need them. Servers are very pleasant, managers like Greg are awesome, deserts are copious, and the decor is elegant. Amazing wine cellar and private rooms are bliss. You do have to pay for the quality but you won't go wrong.

Loved the place. Made reservation requesting a booth. No problem for them. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and the help is great. Our waitress Bianca was attentive but not annoying. The food was good. I had a fillet that was delicious and cooked just right with a side order of mushrooms that were really good. Very low noise level...Could actually hear my friend talk. And they have valet parking! Can't wait to go back.

  • I went for my anniversary and they even decorated the table with little hearts, which was a cute add. I am not a meat person, but their steak was prepared magnificently and the portion was huge! Our server, Marcus, had an in depth description of every item on the menu. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I believe that it was worth every penny and definitely plan on going back!

  • We went for our 35th Anniversary last night. Deymar was our server. The night was perfect from the service to the food. I had let them know in advance that it was our anniversary so when we got to our table it had little hearts on the table cloth. Very nice touch. We brought our 18 year old son along and he had a great time. And by the way, my father was a butcher so I know meat and these people do it right.

  • What a dud! An all-nonsense, Disneyland-like setting made to look like a steakhouse from the end of the 19th century but so cheesy and poorly designed and executed that it couldn't fool a grade school dropout from another country. But wait, the food is worse. "Aged steak" means tough meat from the Pampas (where is the Gaucho?) unredeemed by either flavor or preparation. Service is sketchy, and the drinks are overpriced although serviceable.
