Everything wasw excellent during our two visits. the veal was outstanding, as were the pastas. I stay in the Hartford area two to four times each year and will make a point of eating at Carbone's on future trips.

I went with a large group, so I got to try many of the dishes they serve. They were all very good, especially the veal dishes. The service was excellent as my wine glass was never empty. I was still sober enough, though, to remember that I liked the restaurant.

Food has been consistently excellent each time I've gone! Worth the trip from anywhere in Connecticut!

this restaurant served my salad on a plate that had been rolling around on the floor - unforgivable!!!!
